In modernising government, our aim is to make public services simpler and more user-friendly for everyone and anyone. Streamlining public services also means making them more accessible

Streamlining in order to help users

Citizens often encounter difficulties when dealing with various administrative procedures. They feel that some administrative procedures are just too complex. Sometimes waiting times are too long. Users find that they have to talk to too many people. They have to submit the same supporting documents several times. The SGMAP is working with the government departments and agencies involved in order to meet the expectations which users have identified as having priority for them.
